Public Consultation on the Draft River Basin Hydrological Plan 2022-2027

In accordance with the announcement of the Directorate General for Water of 1 June 2021 (BOE of 22 June 2021), the public consultation period begins for six months (from the day after the publication of the announcement in the Official State Gazette) until 22 December 2021, of the proposed draft revision of the hydrological plan (hydrological planning cycle 2022-2027) of the Spanish part of the Miño-Sil Hydrographic Demarcation and its associated Strategic Environmental Study (articles 20, 21 and 22 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment).

During the aforementioned period, and in compliance with articles 74; 80.2) and 80.3) of the Hydrological Planning Regulation approved by Royal Decree 907/2007, of 6 July, and articles 20, 21 and 22 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment, the appropriate proposals, observations and suggestions addressed to the Hydrographic Confederation of the Miño-Sil O.A. may be formulated.
